The 30-day experience begins on the carrier's confirmed delivery date, and a request must be received within 45 calendar days after delivery. Maximum coverage is the eligible first bottle's purchase price plus applicable sales tax. Original shipping, expedited shipping, return shipping, and delivery fees are not refunded except where required by law or when CoreVital made the fulfillment error. No health or body result is guaranteed.
To request support, email support@corevitalnutra.com with the direct-purchase order number and checkout email. No survey, review, testimonial, medical record, body measurement, or positive or negative sentiment is required. Do not mail an opened ingestible bottle unless CoreVital provides lawful instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally initiated within seven business days; a bank or card issuer may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. The standard unopened-product policy continues to apply to other eligible products and unopened additional bottles. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
